At Mind Arcade, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion finds. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return any unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
